All orders are processed within 24–48 hours from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.The orders shall be dispatched through standard courier services and products should be delivered within 7-10 business days in majority cases.

The duration to deliver the ordered items may vary depending upon the delivery location as well as the circumstances beyond our control such as, including but not limited to; natural calamities, wars, strikes etc.

For made-to-order, customized, or precious jewelry, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, timelines will be communicated separately.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and customized products, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery of available products.
